Avery Baccei

I am a junior at the University of Tampa, starting to look for jobs and internships in the sports selling industry. As a sports management major with a minor in professional selling, I am intrigued by working in the sports industry because when I was younger my dad had influenced me to get into sports and they have been a part of me ever since. I am motivated to be the best in everything I do and have a very competitive edge that allows me to keep going. I am grateful to have gotten to work with a couple of organizations in the sports industry already and it has allowed me to gain knowledge about what it takes to succeed in a variety of roles. Through my time working in the sports industry, I have been able to gain effective communication skills when speaking with others, customer service skills when guests may have a question, and event management skills by seeing how everything is set up for all events.
